Necessary documents for visa reception to Greece:

Customs restrictions:

It is possible to import duty-free to 10 kgs of meal and drinks, 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars, 1 litre of strong alcoholic drinks or two litres of wine. The foreign currency from above 2500 USD should be declared in quantity at entrance that it could be taken out from Greece. Restrictions on traveller’s cheques are absent.

Each tourist is authorised to import no more than one videocamera, the camera, the tape recorder and other expensive portable things of a private use. The same restriction concerns sports stock, for example skis or a bicycle.

Export from Greece of antiquities, including stones from archeological excavations, is forbidden. If they are found out in luggage of the tourist will be confiscated, and the infringer will undergo to criminal prosecution. Free export of copies of antique works which are on sale everywhere is resolved, and often are made very qualitatively.
