Without customs duties payment it is possible to import following goods: to 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars or 500 g. Tobacco, 250 ml. Spirits and scented water (unpacked), and also personal things. Import of alcohol, drugs is forbidden, to a pornography, film- and video data discrediting a political system or Islam contradicting norms, a fire-arms, plants, fruit and vegetables. Export of antiques, carpets, furs, and also film- and video data without the licence of Islamic committees of the Taliban is forbidden.
