In Kirghizia the list of the persons requiring reception of grants from the republican budget on acquisition of habitation on hypothecary crediting is confirmed. The corresponding decision has signed today, on January, 6th, è.î. The prime minister Felix Kulov. As have informed the correspondent of news agency REGNUM in the government press-service, the given decision is accepted with a view of an establishment of a uniform order of reception of grants from the republican budget on habitation acquisition on hypothecary crediting.

According to the decision, the inclusion right in the list on reception of hypothecary grants the citizen of the Kirghiz republic possesses: living in territory of the given administrative and territorial unit not less than 3 years; not having the ground area, before given under individual housing construction; not having in the premises property; having in the property the premises, which floor space do not answer the established sanitary code and requirements; not making within last 5 years of the civil-law actions directed on deterioration of the living conditions
