Conditions of granting of hypothecary crediting
Banks and the Mortgage in Armenia
1 - the credit Sum cannot surpass 70 % of cost of the real estate if the real estate is in Yerevan, and 30 % of cost if it is outside of Yerevan.
2 - From 1st credit till 9th year the variable interest rate operates: the interest rate of the National hypothecary company plus percentage маржа Ejch-Es-Bi-Si of Bank Armenia of 7.5 % annual. For 10th year of the credit the variable interest rate operates: the base rate of Ejch-Es-Bi-Si of Bank Armenia plus percentage маржа Ejch-Es-Bi-Si of Bank Armenia of 7.5 % annual
3 - the variable interest rate Operates: the interest rate of the National hypothecary company plus percentage маржа Ejch-Es-Bi-Si of Bank Armenia of 7.5 % annual
* the Interest rate can be changed the National hypothecary company every 3 year.
